Bhutan
"My name is Chencho, and I am originally from Bhutan. I am an I.T. engineer and completed my Master’s degree from Bangalore, India.
I give thanks to God and to Bhutan A.G.M. for giving me this golden opportunity. Something I never imagined possible has happened in my life, making this the most unforgettable miracle of my life.
When I was just 4 months old, my father passed away. Later, my mother remarried and left me. My grandfather stepped in to raise me. Because there was no milk available for me as a baby, he would give me locally brewed alcohol to drink so that I could fall asleep. A few years later, my grandfather also passed away.
When I was around 4 years old, a relative took me to an orphanage in India. There wasn’t enough food, and many nights I went to sleep hungry. It was so bad that some children ran away, but I had nowhere to go—my home was in Bhutan, and I had no idea how or where to return. One day I had a severe electric shock accident, and I lost one of my hands.
I met Pastor Simon during a trip to Nepal. He shared my situation with a Korean missionary, who helped me receive an artificial hand. I also received spiritual encouragement through the visions and messages shared about A.G.M. I was so joyful!
Today, I am helping pastors with their computer work and assisting in ministry wherever I can. I am in great need of your prayers—especially for financial support and for managing my household expenses. I place my hope and trust in your kind support.
